UREF Board of Directors

Pat Fox Fulgham, M.D., President. Dr. Fulgham is a board certified urologist who has been in private practice at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas since 1987. He is a Texas A&M graduate and received his medical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Fulgham is active in educating urologists and in 2008 received the Distinguished Service Award from the American Urological Association. Also in 2008 he received the Health Care Hero award from the Dallas Business Journal for his contributions to educating physicians and his work in the community.

Paul Ferguson - Paul is a prostate cancer survivor. He is an SMU graduate, a Viet Nam veteran and is Vice-President of TelPro, Inc.

Russ Kempton - CSS Russ is a prostate cancer survivor. He is a graduate of UT Austin. Russ is State Marketing Manager, Wine Division, Glazer's Distributors

Constantine Konstans - Ph.D. Dr Konstans is a prostate cancer survivor. He is professor of accounting and information management at UT Dallas and executive director of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance.

Angela Clark - RHIA, Director Angela manages the day-to-day operations of the foundation. She received a B.S. from Texas Woman’s University and is a registered health information manager.

Jason McMenamy
Jason is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and has more than 12 years of audit and assurance experience in multiple industries. He works for BDO Seidman LLP. He has extensive experience with the audits of private and public companies as well as coordinating the preparation of financial statements and compliance reports in accordance with GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB guidelines. Jason works with clients to identify, recommend, and implement accounting and internal control improvements for management based on analyses of company operations, policies, and procedures. His industry experience includes broker/dealers in securities (clearing and non-clearing firms), investment advisors, mutual funds, financial service companies, manufacturing, and real estate and hedge funds.

He is a consultant of the American College of Radiology Appropriateness Criteria Expert Panel on Urologic Imaging. He is on the American Urologic Association Program Planning Committee and is the Program Director for the AUA annual meeting courses on urologic ultrasound.”
